Herbal Supplement Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at info@reviveqi.com to receive a refund for your retail purchase price plus tax and excluding shipping costs. Refunds are only accepted should you have an allergic reaction to the herbal supplement. Once proof of purchase is received, funds will be refunded by the method used to purchase product initially. A maximum of three refunds per year will be accepted. Promotional and discounted items are generally not refundable or exchangeable.
